∞Onsite assistance will be provided by DrPC for a total of 3 hours, which may comprise one 3 hour visit, two 1 ½ hour visits or three 1 hour visits at the customer’s discretion. Call out fees may apply if customer lives outside the service area.

Ω  Service Turnaround - For SA Radio Rentals customers, if DrPC does not arrive to metro customers (5000-5199) within 4 hours or regional SA customers within 24 hours the onsite assistance will not count as a service visit. $50 per hour in travel time for regional customers further than 30km away from the nearest Radio Rentals store. For QLD R.T. Edwards customers, the service area is defined as your address being on the mainland within 45km of the GPO of postcode 4000, or within 15kms of any R.T. Edwards store. If you are within the service area and Dr PC does not arrive within 4 hours of your call, the onsite assistance will not count as a service visit. If you are outside the Service Area, a $50 per hour (charged in ¼ hour increments) will apply to (but not from) your address. »Only on 12, 24 or 36 month finance terms.
